Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 18, 2026 · Target: WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Our commitment

3Mperio is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We believe an empire built in harmony with nature should be open to everyone, and we are continually working to improve the experience for every visitor.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological differences.

Measures we take

Keyboard accessibility — all interactive elements (links, buttons, menus, and forms) can be operated with a keyboard, and a visible focus indicator shows where you are on the page.

Skip to content — a “Skip to content” link is the first focusable element on every page, letting keyboard and screen-reader users bypass repeated navigation.

Semantic structure — we use proper landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a logical heading order so assistive technology can navigate the page.

Text alternatives — images convey meaning through alternative text, and purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology so they do not add noise.

Reduced motion — if your device requests reduced motion, we disable non-essential animation, parallax, and smooth-scrolling effects.

Color and contrast — we work to maintain sufficient contrast between text and its background for comfortable reading.

Known limitations

This site uses rich, cinematic motion and brand color as part of its identity. While we provide reduced-motion and keyboard-accessible alternatives, some decorative animations and brand-color accents may still present challenges for certain users.

We are actively reviewing the site and treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time task. If you encounter a barrier, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.
