Our Story
3Mperio was founded on a simple conviction: the way the world builds housing is broken — too slow, too wasteful, and built against the land instead of with it.
So we set out to rebuild the entire stack. We acquire and entitle land into shovel-ready, master-planned communities. We raise the structures with robotic 3D concrete printing. We power them with the sun, wind, and water. And we design them around the wildlife and habitat that were there first.
We are the Tesla of homebuilding — not a builder that happens to care about the planet, but an environmental company that happens to build.
